- •Translate research questions into concrete, validated deliverables.
- •Contribute to generalizing custom builds into the core product platform.
- •Requirements Strong generalist engineering skills across backend, data pipelines, and frontend.
- •Ability to thrive in ambiguous environments and translate research hunches into concrete solutions.
- •Excellent communication and customer instincts to understand and address researcher needs.
- •Genuine interest in AI agent evaluation and measurement.
- •Ideally 3+ years of experience shipping production software.
