About the role
TL;DR
Build models and data systems to classify and enrich Internet data.
- •Censys is seeking a Senior Machine Learning Engineer to develop models and data-driven systems for classifying, labeling, and enriching vast amounts of Internet data.
- •You will transform raw Internet telemetry into high-quality datasets and insights, contributing to Censys' mission to make the Internet more explainable.
- •Key Responsibilities Build and improve ML models and data-driven systems for classifying, clustering, labeling, and enriching Internet-observed assets.
- •Own the design and development of applied ML workflows to convert Internet telemetry into usable context.
- •Partner with engineering, research, security, and product teams to enhance model coverage and quality.
- •Develop system components including feature pipelines, training datasets, model evaluation frameworks, and confidence scoring systems.
- •Requirements 5+ years of experience in data science, ML engineering, or software engineering with applied ML responsibilities.
- •Experience building and deploying ML or statistical models in production environments.
- •Proficiency in Go/Python and experience with building maintainable systems.
- •Experience with large datasets and building data pipelines for feature generation, training, or inference.
- •Proficiency with supervised and unsupervised learning techniques (classification, clustering, anomaly detection).
