- •As part of the Integrations team, you will transform customer, supplier, and colleague needs into achievable deliverables, ensuring quality and value.
- •Key Responsibilities Standardise CEF Business Integrations through a 3rd Party EDI Managed Service.
- •Contribute to the procurement and implementation of a platform for internal integrations.
- •Manage customer catalogues (simple, hosted, and punchout), onboard customers, and configure parameters.
- •Support a 3rd Party Van Stock solution and customer reporting solutions.
- •Provide 3rd level support for Service Desk issues.
- •Requirements Understanding of EDI and integration landscapes.
- •Experience with customer catalogue management.
- •Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS.
- •Ability to collaborate with technical teams and translate business needs into technical solutions.
- •Strong support and problem-solving skills.
