- •and we need creative minds to help us shape the future! Key Responsibilities Partner with stakeholders across the business to understand operational challenges, strategic priorities and future business requirements.
- •Run workshops, interviews and process discovery sessions to capture current and future state processes.
- •Analyse complex business processes across retail, wholesale, supply chain, logistics, warehousing, procurement, inventory and finance functions.
- •Translate business requirements into clear, prioritised user stories, functional requirements and acceptance criteria.
- •Challenge existing ways of working, identifying opportunities to simplify, standardise and improve business processes.
- •Requirements Proven experience as a Business Analyst delivering complex ERP transformation programmes.
- •Experience working within retail, wholesale, distribution, logistics, manufacturing, supply chain or another high-volume product-based environment.
- •Strong understanding of end-to-end operational processes including inventory, purchasing, warehousing, order management and fulfilment.
- •Demonstrable experience eliciting, documenting and managing business requirements using a range of business analysis techniques.
- •Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence, challenge and build trusted relationships across all levels of the organisation.
