Team Leader IPM (Implementation Project Management)

Lead and grow the Implementation team for mid-market and enterprise clients.

• •Lead and grow the Implementation team to scale delivery for mid-market and enterprise clients, owning the full implementation lifecycle from kickoff to go-live and building processes and tools for excellence.
• •Key Responsibilities Manage, coach and develop a team of Implementation consultants.
• •Design and improve implementation methodology, playbooks and tooling (Rocketlane rollout).
• •Define and track KPIs, run 1:1s and performance reviews, report delivery performance.
• •Lead delivery on complex enterprise deals and act as executive escalation point.
• •Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, CSM, Product and CS Ops.
• •Requirements Experience in Professional Services in a SaaS environment.
• •Previous people management experience.
• •Structured, proactive, and comfortable with ambiguous situations.
• •Ability to engage with C-level stakeholders and drive client success.
