Solution Architect

Drive business value through Matillion’s solutions by engaging stakeholders and validating solution fit.

• •The Senior Solution Architect at Matillion plays a key role in Matillion’s GTM motion.
• •This role is responsible for discovering customer requirements, demonstrating how Matillion’s solutions solve their challenges, and driving business value through the platform.
• •Key Responsibilities Diagnose technical and business pain, confirming root causes and negative consequences.
• •Engage key stakeholders to confirm desired future state, mapping it to success metrics and business outcomes.
• •Lead workshops, trials, or POCs to validate solution fit with business objectives.
• •Position competitive advantages to influence trial success criteria.
• •Create technical content and case studies that demonstrate how Matillion’s solutions address customer challenges.
• •Requirements 5-7 years working with Enterprise customers in a technical role, such as Solution Architect, Sales Engineer, or similar.
• •Expertise in cloud computing platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP and experience with Cloud Data Platforms like Snowflake and Databricks.
• •In-depth understanding of relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, Oracle, SQL Server) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Cassandra, DynamoDB).
