Develops, tests, implements, and supports SQL databases and BI platforms.
•The SQL Database and Business Intelligence Developer II is responsible for the development, testing, implementation and support of Microsoft SQL-based relational databases and business intelligence platforms.
•This role ensures databases are well maintained, scalable, and available, while also administering database systems through security, backup, recovery, tuning, and disaster recovery planning.
•Key Responsibilities Design, develop, test, and implement changes to SQL Databases.
•Maintain and develop OLAP reporting data schemas and support BI visualizations using Tableau and Power BI.
•Code stored procedures of high complexity and implement/maintain SSRS reports.
•Support users through back-end database problem-solving and troubleshooting.
•Troubleshoot database performance issues and manage code migration.
•Requirements Four-year degree in a technical discipline and 5+ years of experience in SQL database development and BI reporting.
•Strong experience with SQL Server 2016 (and above) and BI reporting tools like Tableau and Power BI.
•Highly experienced in SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) and SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS).
•Strong knowledge of relational and dimensional data modeling.
•Experience with versioning control environments including Azure DevOps and/or GIT.
