Support the founding team in strategic and operational projects.

• •As a Founders Associate, you will work closely with our founding team and gain unique insights into the setup and development of a tech startup.
• •You will take on responsibility in strategic and operational projects and support various topics in daily business.
• •Key Responsibilities Strategic Collaboration: Close support of the founders and the leadership team in identifying and implementing commercial initiatives that significantly drive the growth of the company.
• •Project Responsibility: Independent management and support of strategically relevant projects with a focus on business development, sales enablement, and process optimization.
• •Cross-functional Coordination: You will act as a central interface between different teams (e.g.
• •Sales, Product, Customer Success) and ensure targeted coordination of all activities.
• •Market and Competitive Analysis: You will observe and analyze relevant market trends and customer requirements and thus support data-based decision-making.
• •Support for Growth Initiatives: You will help in the development and optimization of go-to-market strategies and contribute to expansion into new markets.
• •Preparation of Presentations and Reporting: You will create meaningful analyses, decision templates, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
• •Requirements Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-growing SaaS company or management consulting
