About the role

Conduct user research and generate insights for Paytm Money.

  • Support user research and voice-of-customer (VOC) initiatives for Paytm Money by conducting qualitative and quantitative studies and generating actionable insights.
  • Key Responsibilities Manage focus groups across investor and trader cohorts and conduct user research.
  • Coordinate research operations including vendor payments and participant incentives.
  • Build user personas and maintain a knowledge base on investor/trader behavior.
  • Support acquisition, activation, retention, and reactivation insights for product and business teams.
  • Prepare research summaries, reports, and presentations for stakeholders.
  • Requirements Minimum 2 years of research and analytics experience, preferably in stock broking/fintech.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Understanding of qualitative and quantitative research methodologies.
  • Organizational ability and attention to detail; proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint preferred.
