• •We're looking for a pioneering Data Scientist to help own the analytics and data layer across the company.
• •Key Responsibilities Prototype and design new AI-powered features from initial concept through prompt engineering, pipeline architecture, and validation Develop evaluation frameworks to measure the quality and reliability of Siro's AI features Define and standardize key product metrics Build and maintain dashboards for both internal teams and external customers Combine traditional quantitative methods with LLM-based analysis to surface actionable insights for customer organizations Requirements 2+ years of experience in data science, analytics, ML/AI, or related field Strong foundation in statistics and experimental design Strong SQL and Python skills, including experience building and maintaining data pipelines Experience with BI tooling and dashboard development Experience working with structured and unstructured data
