• •Bunch is seeking a Senior Post-Merger Integration Manager to own and drive the integration of acquired fund administration businesses into their operating model.
• •This role is central to aligning people, processes, and systems across acquisitions to ensure a smooth transition and client satisfaction.
• •Key Responsibilities Develop and execute post-merger integration plans, focusing on migrating core operational processes to the proprietary software platform.
• •Partner with the deal team during acquisitions for integration feasibility assessments and due diligence.
• •Lead integration work streams (operations, finance, compliance, HR), monitor progress, and implement mitigation strategies.
• •Drive the integration of AI tools to automate reporting and identify cost-saving synergies.
• •Define and track integration success metrics, such as process migration rates and operational efficiency gains.
• •Requirements 4+ years of experience in a fast-paced environment, ideally financial services or management consulting.
• •High aptitude for AI tools and workflow automation, with a hands-on approach to identifying and implementing efficiency gains.
• •Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively with cross-functional teams.
