About the role

Manage partner relationships and revenue for enterprise retail and FMCG customers.

  • Duvo is building an operational engine to turn partner relationships into pipeline and revenue for enterprise retail and FMCG customers.
  • The Partner Manager will own day-to-day partner relationships and partner-sourced revenue across a growing ecosystem.
  • Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day operations with signed partners and track pipeline in HubSpot.
  • Coordinate joint selling and support partner-sourced deals and pitches.
  • Onboard and enable partners with playbooks, training, and demo access.
  • Run operational processes: deal registration, resource allocation, partner QBRs and reporting.
  • Scale channel programs, certification, and partner marketing activities.
  • Requirements 3-5 years in partner management, channel sales, alliances, or biz dev at B2B SaaS/tech.
  • Experience working with consultancies, SIs or tech partners.
  • Strong CRM hygiene, pipeline tracking and reporting skills.
