Self Serve Product Manager

Lead the strategy and roadmap for Cents' self-service ecosystem.

• •We are hiring a Product Manager to lead one of the most critical verticals within our product organization: the end-to-end ownership of all things related to self serve laundry across the different verticals Cents supports.
• •Key Responsibilities Own the strategy and roadmap for Cents’ self-service ecosystem across Cents’ self serve eco-system.
• •Act as the primary product bridge between Cents and Laundroworks systems, aligning priorities and driving unified execution.
• •Partner closely with hardware and firmware engineers to ensure seamless integration between physical devices and software systems.
• •Requirements 4–7+ years of Product Management experience, preferably in SaaS, hardware-enabled software, fintech, or mobile-heavy environments.
• •Strong technical fluency
• •comfortable working with firmware, hardware integrations, APIs, and mobile engineering teams.
• •Proven ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders across engineering, leadership, and external partners.
