• •As Transformation PMO Lead, you will govern the portfolio of all major company-wide programmes, ensuring that Finance serves as the connective tissue holding Helsing's strategic agenda together.
• •Key Responsibilities Own the Finance Transformation programme plan and the cross-company project portfolio Design and facilitate Helsing's strategic governance cadence Track the company's top strategic programmes against milestones and budgets Maintain the programme risk register and bring blockers to the appropriate decision-makers Use AI tools to auto-synthesise status inputs and produce CFO-ready dashboards Requirements Have led complex, multi-workstream transformation programmes Hold a programme management qualification such as PMP or PRINCE2 Have built Board-ready governance dashboards Are fluent in financial modelling and budget governance Build trust and influence across Engineering, Legal, HR, and Finance
