- •Enable scalable, data-driven GTM growth in AMER by driving strategic planning, sales segmentation, and continuous process improvements.
- •Key Responsibilities Partner with the VP of US Sales to develop regional sales strategies, quotas, and territory plans.
- •Analyze sales data to generate actionable insights and drive performance improvement.
- •Support accurate forecasting, pipeline management, and performance reviews across the AMER region.
- •Continuously improve sales and RevOps processes for efficiency, consistency, and scalability.
- •Lead and coordinate cross-functional GTM initiatives that drive operational excellence.
- •Requirements Revenue Operations experience: 5+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or GTM operations roles, ideally in B2B SaaS.
- •US/AMER expertise: Experience supporting AMER sales teams or multinational GTM operations.
- •Analytical mindset: Make data-driven decisions, leveraging analytics and forecasting to inform strategy.
- •Stakeholder collaboration: Build trusted partnerships with cross-functional teams.
