About the role

Drive scalable, data-driven GTM growth in AMER by developing sales strategies and improving processes.

  • Enable scalable, data-driven GTM growth in AMER by driving strategic planning, sales segmentation, and continuous process improvements.
  • Key Responsibilities Partner with the VP of US Sales to develop regional sales strategies, quotas, and territory plans.
  • Analyze sales data to generate actionable insights and drive performance improvement.
  • Support accurate forecasting, pipeline management, and performance reviews across the AMER region.
  • Continuously improve sales and RevOps processes for efficiency, consistency, and scalability.
  • Lead and coordinate cross-functional GTM initiatives that drive operational excellence.
  • Requirements Revenue Operations experience: 5+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or GTM operations roles, ideally in B2B SaaS.
  • US/AMER expertise: Experience supporting AMER sales teams or multinational GTM operations.
  • Analytical mindset: Make data-driven decisions, leveraging analytics and forecasting to inform strategy.
  • Stakeholder collaboration: Build trusted partnerships with cross-functional teams.
