About the role
TL;DR
Lead vulnerability management and security strategy for engineering teams.
- •Causaly is seeking a Senior or Staff Security Engineer to lead their vulnerability management program, act as a security advisor to engineering teams, and support SecOps.
- •This role offers high autonomy in defining strategy and building processes.
- •Key Responsibilities Own the vulnerability management program end-to-end.
- •Define and maintain a dependency security strategy.
- •Integrate and maintain security tooling in CI/CD pipelines.
- •Act as a security consultant to product and engineering squads.
- •Manage and improve the Security Champions program.
- •Requirements Strong knowledge of cloud security (IAM, network security, secure configuration).
- •Hands-on experience with security tooling in CI/CD pipelines (SAST, SCA, secrets scanning, container scanning).
- •Proven experience in a vulnerability management role.
- •In-depth knowledge of secure coding practices in Node.js, TypeScript, Python, and/or React.
