Senior Security Engineer

Lead vulnerability management and security strategy for engineering teams.

• •Causaly is seeking a Senior or Staff Security Engineer to lead their vulnerability management program, act as a security advisor to engineering teams, and support SecOps.
• •This role offers high autonomy in defining strategy and building processes.
• •Key Responsibilities Own the vulnerability management program end-to-end.
• •Define and maintain a dependency security strategy.
• •Integrate and maintain security tooling in CI/CD pipelines.
• •Act as a security consultant to product and engineering squads.
• •Manage and improve the Security Champions program.
• •Requirements Strong knowledge of cloud security (IAM, network security, secure configuration).
• •Hands-on experience with security tooling in CI/CD pipelines (SAST, SCA, secrets scanning, container scanning).
• •Proven experience in a vulnerability management role.
