About the role
Lead analytics and workforce planning for a large Patient Care Coordinator organization.
- •Lead analytics and workforce planning for a 400+ Patient Care Coordinator organization, driving performance, forecasting, and reporting to optimize operations and patient experience.
- •Key Responsibilities Own analytics and reporting for PCC operations, building dashboards and KPIs.
- •Lead forecasting, scheduling, and intraday workforce management across channels.
- •Implement WFM best practices and leverage WFM platforms for automation.
- •Partner with leaders to translate insights into operational improvements and track budget performance.
- •Requirements Experience building operational analytics, dashboards, and performance tracking.
- •Experience with workforce planning, forecasting, and scheduling.
- •Familiarity with WFM platforms like Genesys and ServiceNow and strong Excel skills.
