  • Lead analytics and workforce planning for a 400+ Patient Care Coordinator organization, driving performance, forecasting, and reporting to optimize operations and patient experience.
  • Key Responsibilities Own analytics and reporting for PCC operations, building dashboards and KPIs.
  • Lead forecasting, scheduling, and intraday workforce management across channels.
  • Implement WFM best practices and leverage WFM platforms for automation.
  • Partner with leaders to translate insights into operational improvements and track budget performance.
  • Requirements Experience building operational analytics, dashboards, and performance tracking.
  • Experience with workforce planning, forecasting, and scheduling.
  • Familiarity with WFM platforms like Genesys and ServiceNow and strong Excel skills.
