  • Manage the renewal process for our security software products, ensuring high customer retention rates.
  • Key Responsibilities Manage the renewal process for high-value, complex customer accounts.
  • Apply a consultative approach to mitigate churn risks and identify growth opportunities.
  • Build and maintain meaningful relationships with clients to understand their needs.
  • Lead renewal pricing and commercial term negotiations with procurement and executive stakeholders.
  • Leverage usage analytics and customer health data to forecast risks and opportunities.
  • Requirements Well-rounded background in sales, customer success, and/or account management.
  • Specific experience in managing customer renewals.
  • Passion for delivering exceptional service.
  • Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
