Lead and develop the German direct sales organization for Butternut Box.

- •Germany, you will be a key part of our German leadership team in Berlin, taking full responsibility for our German direct sales organization and shaping the success story of Butternut Box in Germany.
- •Key Responsibilities Lead and strategically develop our network of Brand Ambassadors and Team Leads to transform direct sales into a highly scalable business unit.
- •Take full P&L responsibility for your area, making data-driven decisions to continuously increase performance.
- •Be present with your team on-site, actively shaping structures, especially in the first six months.
- •Integrate the direct sales perspective into the overall strategy and collaborate with brand and growth teams.
- •Network with teams in the UK and Europe to share best practices and drive the global mission.
- •Requirements Several years of leadership experience in direct sales or field sales, with a proven ability to manage large organizations and inspire people.
- •A growth mindset, valuing an open feedback culture and acting reflectively for collective success.
- •Strong analytical skills, proficient with tools like Excel, Google Sheets, or Looker to translate complex relationships into clear strategies.
