Machine Department Manager

Manages the Machine Department to ensure efficient and quality production.

• •The Machine Department Manager oversees the Machine Department, ensuring safe and systematic execution of tasks and quality standards.
• •Key Responsibilities Provide managerial oversight of the department and personnel.
• •Coordinate and plan activities of the assigned machine department.
• •Establish and communicate daily, weekly, and monthly objectives.
• •Monitor assigned work and review completed jobs/projects.
• •Motivate, coach, and counsel team members to achieve desired results.
• •Requirements Minimum of five years' experience as a supervisor or manager in a manufacturing environment.
• •Minimum of five years' experience in interpreting and following verbal and written instructions accurately.
• •High School graduate, with advanced educational accreditation preferred.
• •Experience in and a demonstrated solid foundation in the knowledge of computers and standard software programs.
