About the role
TL;DR
Lead an electro-mechanical assembly and warehouse team, ensuring efficient and safe production operations.
- •TRANSTEX designs and manufactures innovative aerodynamic solutions, APU systems, and composite materials.
- •This role is central to the Saint-Laurent plant, leading a team of three electro-mechanical assembly technicians.
- •Key Responsibilities Lead, coach, and support a team of production associates to meet daily production goals.
- •Plan and coordinate daily production schedules, staffing, material, and workflow.
- •Monitor production progress to ensure safe, efficient, and timely order execution.
- •Maintain accurate inventory levels and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- •Requirements 3-5 years of experience in a production supervision role.
- •Perfect/fluent bilingualism (French and English) is mandatory.
- •Technical training or experience in electro-mechanics, industrial mechanics, or assembly.
- •Hands-on leadership style, willing to assist on the line and operate equipment.
