• •This customer-facing role focuses on accelerating customer adoption of Kong's platform through hands-on implementation, automation, and solution engineering.
• •Key Responsibilities Partner with enterprise customers to design, build, and implement Kong-based solutions.
• •Lead implementation efforts for API gateways, AI gateways, and related connectivity technologies.
• •Build automation frameworks, migration tooling, and custom integrations.
• •Drive migration initiatives from legacy API management platforms to Kong.
• •Collaborate with customer teams and Kong Product/Engineering to solve challenges and influence roadmap.
• •Requirements 8+ years in customer-facing engineering, platform engineering, or software engineering roles.
• •Strong hands-on software engineering and implementation experience.
• •Experience with API gateways, integrations, or distributed systems.
