About the role
TL;DR
Owns the dealer-facing product strategy, focusing on last-mile operations and AI integration.
- •This role owns the last-mile agenda for Carwow's dealer-facing product, focusing on quick car collection, frictionless final pricing, and seamless Wallet integration.
- •You will leverage AI to build smarter tools for dealers, directly impacting their profitability and Carwow's retention.
- •Key Responsibilities Own the product strategy and execution for Carwow's dealer-facing product.
- •Lead product discovery with dealers through interviews, site visits, and data analysis.
- •Identify and test opportunities to integrate AI into dealer workflows for smarter scheduling and pricing.
- •Collaborate with engineering and design to ship well-scoped solutions with clear success metrics.
- •Build relationships with key dealer partners to validate product direction and gather insights.
- •Requirements 1.5+ years of product management experience in a B2B or SaaS environment.
- •Hands-on experience with product discovery, including running interviews and data analysis.
- •Genuine curiosity about AI and its practical applications in business workflows.
- •Comfort with ambiguity and defining problems as well as solving them.
- •Strong stakeholder management skills and clear written/verbal communication.
