About the role
TL;DR
Manage credit control cycle, chase debt, resolve queries, and drive automation.
- •Carwow is seeking a detail-oriented Credit Controller for a 2-month fixed-term contract.
- •This role is fully remote and focuses on managing the end-to-end credit control cycle, driving automation, and improving processes.
- •Key Responsibilities Own the end-to-end credit control cycle for your assigned ledger.
- •Proactively chase outstanding debt and manage collections to hit targets.
- •Investigate and resolve customer disputes and billing queries.
- •Keep NetSuite and Salesforce records accurate and up to date.
- •Support the rollout of automation and AI tools within credit control.
- •Requirements Some experience in credit control, accounts receivable, or a similar collections-focused finance role.
- •Comfortable working in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment.
- •A proactive, ownership-driven mindset.
- •Confident communicator, comfortable investigating and resolving disputes.
- •Strong attention to detail and comfortable managing a high volume of accounts.
