- •As Team Leader for Quality Assurance in Automotive/Vehicle Inspection at CarOnSale, you will lead a team to ensure the high quality of our vehicle reports, auctions, and data processes, meeting customer and partner expectations.
- •Key Responsibilities Ensure team goals and KPIs for accuracy, efficiency, and timelines are met.
- •Review team's work for quality and standard compliance.
- •Lead the team in daily operations and provide technical guidance.
- •Oversee and own processes, proactively identifying and resolving issues.

- •Requirements Completed vocational training or professional experience in the automotive sector (e.g., mechanic, mechatronics, automotive trade), or strong private interest in vehicles and willingness to learn.

- •Experience in team leadership or a comparable management position.
- •Experience in quality assurance, preferably in vehicles or auctions.
- •Ability to motivate team members and set clear goals.
- •High independence and reliability in process management.
- •Strong communication skills with internal and external stakeholders.
- •Proficiency in Office applications and ability to learn new systems quickly.
