- •Participate in leadership discussions to advance the department and coordinate major initiatives.
- •Partner with Product Managers, Tech Leads, and stakeholders to meet team goals.
- •Requirements 2+ years of experience leading a team, including performance management and mentorship.
- •Experience in building and recruiting teams, including interviewing and hiring decisions. 5+ years of professional experience as a full-time software engineer.
- •Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
