- •The Creator Partner Manager owns the ongoing relationships and success of Cantina's signed creators on the platform.
- •This is a hands-on, creator-facing role focused on everything a creator needs to thrive
- •building and refining their bots, ideating content and campaigns, executing deliverables, and being their day-to-day partner across the platform.
- •Key Responsibilities Serve as the day-to-day point of contact for a portfolio of signed creators, building deep trusted relationships across all things Cantina Hands-on build and iterate on creator bots and characters alongside talent, translating their voice, IP, and audience into compelling on-platform experiences Lead creative ideation on content, campaigns, and platform-native formats, and manage execution of partnership deliverables end-to-end Requirements 5-7 years of experience in creator partnerships, talent management, influencer marketing, or a creator-facing role within the creator economy Proven track record of managing creator relationships and executing campaigns or content deliverables end-to-end Strong creative instincts and hands-on builder mentality
