TL;DR
Lead a team of data professionals to build people products and drive high performance.
- •The Workplace Engineering function transforms raw workforce data into "People Products" that drive high performance.
- •This role leads a specialized squad of data professionals to engineer tools and insights that shape future outcomes.
- •Key Responsibilities Lead and mentor a squad of People Data Scientists, Software Engineers, and UX Designers.
- •Bridge the gap between HR and engineering, translating human behavioral intent into technical requirements.
- •Develop predictive and prescriptive insights beyond descriptive metrics.
- •Lead the development of AI Agents and ensure the "People Data Stack" is secure and compliant.
- •Identify opportunities for "High Tech" solutions to maximize human value.
- •Requirements Background in data science, mathematics, or engineering with advanced statistics, data wrangling, databases, or software engineering skills.
- •Strength in coding/scripting languages (Python, R, JavaScript), software engineering, visualization, and automation.
- •Ability to translate business questions into research objectives and synthesize findings.
- •Proven ability to lead and mentor others, driving execution against roadmaps.
- •Ambition to build tomorrow's AI/Data stack in open source.
