TL;DR
Accountant with accounting and tax expertise for a fintech company.
- •Candex is seeking a hands-on Accountant with strong expertise in accounting and tax to support its growth and expansion while ensuring compliance with all local reporting requirements.
- •This is a hybrid role requiring 3 days a week in the office.
- •Key Responsibilities Reconcile the general ledger, ensuring accuracy and consistency in recording financial transactions.
- •Assist controllers in completing monthly tasks, including reconciliations, tax calculations, and audits.
- •Assist in the preparation and filing of tax returns for multiple countries.
- •Support year-end closing processes, including journal entries, accruals, and reconciliations.
- •Requirements Minimum 2 years of experience in Accounting and Bookkeeping processes, audit, tax, and other regulatory compliances.
- •Chartered Accountant (CA) or Inter CA qualification.
- •Proficiency in Netsuite accounting or other ERP software.
- •Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
