• •Oversee the development and governance of design systems.
• •Champion user research practices and leverage data to inform design decisions.
• •Requirements Functional leadership of a team of 3 product designers.
• •Experience in defining design vision and strategy.
• •Proficiency in end-to-end product design, user research, and prototyping.
• •Experience with design systems and establishing design workflows.
