Lead the Production Orchestration team for CockroachDB.

• •Lead the Production Orchestration team to ensure availability, reliability, and scalability of CockroachDB production services, driving automation, AI adoption, and architectural changes.
• •Key Responsibilities Own operational excellence, SLAs, and incident response.
• •Drive automation and tooling to reduce operational toil.
• •Lead architectural initiatives for fleet operations.
