- •Celonis is seeking a Client Value Partner (CVP) to spearhead data-driven business transformation with strategic customers in the Pharma industry.
- •This role is crucial for ensuring customer success and satisfaction by leveraging Celonis' Process Intelligence Platform.
- •Key Responsibilities Act as the trusted advisor to C-level executives, defining long-term vision for business transformation with Celonis.
- •Lead cross-functional teams to drive measurable business impact and accelerate platform adoption.
- •Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, embedding Celonis into strategic objectives.
- •Drive value realization and adoption within accounts, ensuring high-quality project completion and client satisfaction.
- •Requirements Minimum 15 years of relevant customer success, strategy consulting, or related experience.
- •Strong experience in driving large-scale transformation programs and process re-engineering engagements.
- •Proven ability to navigate large organizations and persuade stakeholders with data and confidence.
- •Experience with AI-based transformation is a strong plus.
