  • This role is crucial for ensuring customer success and satisfaction by leveraging Celonis' Process Intelligence Platform.
  • Key Responsibilities Act as the trusted advisor to C-level executives, defining long-term vision for business transformation with Celonis.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to drive measurable business impact and accelerate platform adoption.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, embedding Celonis into strategic objectives.
  • Drive value realization and adoption within accounts, ensuring high-quality project completion and client satisfaction.
  • Requirements Minimum 15 years of relevant customer success, strategy consulting, or related experience.
  • Strong experience in driving large-scale transformation programs and process re-engineering engagements.
  • Proven ability to navigate large organizations and persuade stakeholders with data and confidence.
  • Experience with AI-based transformation is a strong plus.
