• •Key Responsibilities Contribute to customer deployments and understand their business and workflows.
• •Build and deploy production-grade agents tailored to specific customer use cases.
• •Design and run evaluations to measure agent performance and iterate until results improve.
• •Work closely with senior engineers, product, and platform teams to deliver reliable solutions.
• •Surface insights from deployments to inform the platform and product roadmap.
• •Requirements 2-5 years of engineering experience with backend depth and exposure to AI or ML systems in production.
• •Hands-on experience building and shipping software in production.
• •Familiarity with agent architectures or LLM-based systems and a curiosity to learn more.
• •Comfort with ambiguity and a high ownership mentality.
