- •Key Responsibilities Own the full marketing plan and hit pipeline + revenue targets Build and run SMB demand gen: paid search/social, outbound support, webinars, email, lifecycle, mail Improve conversion across the funnel (visit → lead → SQL → closed-won) Requirements 7-12 years in SMB SaaS marketing Proven track record generating pipeline and revenue (not just "brand" work) Strong performance marketing skills (paid + landing pages + CRO)
