Drive expansion and retention for enterprise clients.
- •Ontic is hiring a Strategic Account Manager to drive expansion and retention across a portfolio of enterprise (Fortune 1000) clients by acting as a trusted strategic partner and leveraging Ontic's platform.
- •Key Responsibilities Own revenue quota and build pipeline to meet growth targets.
- •Develop and execute account growth strategies to uncover upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
- •Cultivate multi-stakeholder relationships and present to executive-level sponsors.
- •Partner with Solutions Engineering, Product, and Customer Success to close expansion deals and mitigate churn.
- •Requirements 5+ years enterprise account management or strategic sales experience, preferably in SaaS/B2B.
- •Proven track record hitting expansion revenue targets and navigating complex orgs.
- •Comfort presenting to C-suite and strong consultative selling skills.
- •Proficiency with SaaS sales tools and formal sales methodologies.
