- •We’re hiring our Founding GTM member to help scale Conversion’s go-to-market from the ground up.
- •You’ll build out our sales-led motion, working closely with the founders and product team to identify and close high-intent leads.
- •Key Responsibilities Talk to prospects and effectively communicate the value proposition Build out and run experiments on new growth channels Help shape sales collateral and early process, tools, and systems Collaborate with product and engineering to tailor solutions to prospect needs Help build and hire our early sales team Requirements Have experience working at an early-stage startup Are comfortable talking to prospects and explaining technical workflows Are excited to prospect, write cold emails, and build pipeline from scratch Thrive in a startup environment where you have ownership and autonomy Enjoy collaborating with product, growth, and design teams to win deals
