Shape and ship product features in a customer-proximal engineering role.

• •Ship across the stack, working on backend systems, frontend workflows, and agent frameworks.
• •Operate with clarity and focus, aligning on Mondays and retro on Fridays.
• •Requirements Experience shipping products that users actually used.
• •Strong bias to action and ability to thrive in ambiguity.
• •Deep care for why something is being built, not just how.
• •Understanding of success for the customer and the business, not just the code.
• •Experience in forward-deployed or customer-embedded engineering.
