Continuous Improvement Engineer

• •The Continuous Improvement Engineer drives projects from beginning stages to completion, focusing on process improvement initiatives in logistics and distribution.
• •Key Responsibilities Work with cross-functional teams to support new projects and initiatives.
• •Maintain a thorough understanding of Production and Delivery Operations.
• •Recommend processes, procedures, and modifications to improve production efficiencies.
• •Analyze data and use of basic statistical tools to identify improvement opportunities.
• •Develop and coach CI Engineers, creating a deep bench of lean-focused teammates.
• •Requirements Two to five years of hands-on experience in manufacturing, warehouse, and delivery operations.
• •Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, manufacturing engineering, chemical engineering, mechanical engineering, project management, or equivalent experience.
• •Working knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and practices.
• •Minimum of a Yellow Belt Lean Six Sigma Certification is preferred.
