TL;DR

Architect AI-powered GTM systems using low-code and custom agentic builds.

•Samsara is seeking an AI Architect to define the future of Go-To-Market (GTM) systems, making them agentic, intelligent, and automated.
•This role will set the technical vision for building AI-powered automation within Samsara's GTM technology organization.
•Key Responsibilities Define and own the technical vision for AI-powered GTM systems, covering low-code automation and custom agentic AI builds.
•Create and publish reference architectures, design patterns, and decision frameworks for the GTM engineering team.
•Lead architectural design for complex GTM systems, including multi-system integrations and enterprise-scale agentic workflows.
•Drive the evaluation, selection, and adoption of emerging AI tools, frameworks, and platforms.
•Serve as the technical authority on LLM orchestration, including prompt safety, RAG, and multi-agent coordination.
•Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience. 10+ years of software engineering experience, with a track record of building and shipping production-grade backend systems.
•Minimum of 3 years of Technical Lead experience.
•Demonstrated experience building and deploying AI agents used by real end users.
•Hands-on proficiency with LLM orchestration and agentic frameworks like LangGraph or LangChain.
