About the role
Lead and scale customer success and support for healthcare customers.
- •Lead and scale Voize's Customer Success, Implementation, and Support org to drive adoption and retention across frontline healthcare customers as the company expands across Europe.
- •Key Responsibilities Build and lead a CX org to 50+ FTE across CS, Implementation, and Support.
- •Design segmentation and scale tech-touch and AI-assisted motions.
- •Define customer health, adoption KPIs, and instrumentation of the customer journey.
- •Own onboarding, rollouts, and cross-functional feedback loops to Product and GTM.
- •Requirements 10+ years in Customer Success/Operations in B2B SaaS with 5+ years leading leaders.
- •Experience scaling CX orgs through inflection points (e.g., single-country to multi-geo).
- •Fluency with modern CX tooling and product analytics.
- •Experience in healthcare or regulated, non-desk user environments preferred.
