- •As the Operations Manager in our food-based warehouse, you will be a driving force behind the overall performance and success of daily operations in the facility.
- •Key Responsibilities Maintain a Safety-First culture in our food-based Fulfillment Center (FC).
- •Responsible for meeting site environmental, health, quality & safety performance metrics.
- •Oversee the day-to-day operations in the FC, driving performance to continuously meet both long
- •and short-term company goals.
- •Lead and motivate large cross-functional teams, including receiving, production, inventory control, and shipping.
- •Requirements Previous leadership experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment Familiarity with regulatory requirements for operating plants An ability to adapt to changing priorities, delegate, and manage time efficiently
