Senior/Staff Design Quality Engineer

• •Pano is seeking a Senior/Staff Quality Engineer (Design) to ensure the safety and reliability of our camera systems and analytics.
• •Key Responsibilities Serve as the Design Quality representative in product teams.
• •Lead and maintain system-level risk artifacts.
• •Define and own verification & validation strategy.
• •Drive risk-based decision making.
• •Select and drive execution of reliability and stress tests.
• •Requirements BS in Engineering or equivalent experience. 7-10+ years in design quality, reliability engineering, or similar roles.
• •Proven experience owning system-level risk artifacts.
• •Hands-on experience planning and executing verification & validation strategies.
• •Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
