Product Manager / Former Founder, New Initiative

Lead a new initiative as a Product Manager at Cartesia.

• •Cartesia is seeking a Product Manager to spearhead a new 0-to-1 initiative, acting as the CEO of this venture.
• •This role involves customer discovery, product building, and sales, reporting directly to the Head of Product.
• •Key Responsibilities Own the initiative's roadmap, strategy, and execution pace.
• •Shape go-to-market strategy, including positioning and pricing.
• •Drive customer discovery and partner with GTM to close early customers.
• •Foster cross-functional alignment across research, engineering, design, and GTM.
• •Become a credible external voice for Cartesia through thought leadership.
• •Requirements Founder experience with a 0-to-1 product launch in B2B SaaS, AI, or developer tools.
• •Proven ability to ship products, comfort with ambiguity, and drive execution velocity.
• •Deep understanding of modern AI/ML systems or a rapid learning capability.
