Software Engineer, Backend

Develop and maintain backend systems for Siro's AI-powered sales platform.

• •Build platform and backend systems at Siro, across recording, integrations, AI agents, and more! Key Responsibilities Own the end-to-end development of key features, from architectural decisions through implementation, deployment, and support Design and build scalable backend services that handle real-time processing of sales conversations Drive technical excellence through thoughtful code reviews, documentation, and engineering best practices Partner closely with product and design teams to transform customer needs into elegant technical solutions Own the health of our systems and products, and make data-driven decisions Requirements 3+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• •Strong proficiency in modern programming languages, databases, API frameworks, and cloud platforms (like GCP) Strong problem solver, with the ability to think critically and approach challenges with a first-principles mindset.
• •Strong communication skills, able to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
