• •This role acts as a bridge between ambitious goals and operational reality to secure the foundation for growth.
• •Key Responsibilities Own the product roadmap for internal workflows and tooling, driving root cause analysis for complex operational problems.
• •Design systems and leverage tooling, AI, and workflow orchestration to enable 100x growth.
• •Define success metrics, map processes, and collaborate cross-functionally to ship high-leverage tooling.
• •Design the data framework for strategic project selection, blending inputs from Risk, Sales, and Support.
• •Enforce operational readiness standards and collaborate with Sales and Product on capacity planning.
• •Requirements Proven track record in Product Management or technical operations roles, with a focus on FinTech, Brokerage, or Payments platforms.
• •Exceptional prioritization and judgment, with the ability to measure product impact against risk and cost.
• •Deep passion for workflow automation and AI trends applied to brokerage operations.
