Manage space demonstration projects from initiation to completion.

• •Drive and execute multidisciplinary space demonstrations and projects end-to-end.
• •Key Responsibilities Lead and manage all project aspects from initiation to completion.
• •Develop comprehensive project plans, outlining scope, schedule, and resource requirements.
• •Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
• •Proactively address challenges to maintain project momentum.
• •Identify potential risks and develop and implement mitigation strategies.
• •Requirements Proven work experience of more than 10 years in the aerospace industry or related industries.
• •Strong technical background with hands-on engineering experience.
• •Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• •Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams.
