Requirements A full-stack generalist (or backend specialist able to work the full stack) with 4+ years of experience building large-scale web applications Writing clean, scalable code with significant experience in at least one of the primary programming languages we use here (Ruby and TypeScript) Excited to move fast, prioritize, and constantly make critical product decisions Comfortable with and curious about working outside of a traditional, narrow engineering role A self-starter: you have started something meaningful on your own–a startup, an open-source project, something else Deeply passionate about startups
