Lead a team of DevSecOps engineers to build secure cloud architectures.

• •As the DevSecOps Team Lead, you will bridge Security, Operations, and Engineering.
• •You will lead a team of DevSecOps engineers to build, scale, and maintain a "Security-as-Code" ecosystem.
• •Key Responsibilities Lead, mentor, and coach a team of DevSecOps engineers.
• •Define the DevSecOps strategy and multi-quarter roadmap.
• •Act as the primary point of contact for Engineering and Product leads.
• •Lead the implementation of organizational guardrails using tools like OPA or Kyverno.
• •Oversee the design of secure cloud architectures and Kubernetes clusters.
• •Requirements Proven experience in DevSecOps and security architecture.
• •Strong leadership and team management skills.
• •Proficiency in cloud services (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
