Become an expert on our insurance product and translate its benefits to our customers Be hands-on and able to generate content yourself, as well as being able to brief, delegate, and correct content you’ll delegate Conceptualise and drive our CRM communication strategy from lifecycle to retention flows Drive coordination and creation of all content on the Insify platform in France and other channels (landing pages, blog articles, e-books, newsletters etc.) Requirements You have 4+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in fintech industries You’re native French speaking You know better than anyone how to create good content for (potential) customers
