- •Axle Health is seeking a Founding Account Manager to ensure customers maximize value from their AI scheduling and workforce management software.
- •This role involves owning customer relationships, driving adoption, and building scalable account management processes.
- •Key Responsibilities Own customer relationships end-to-end, conducting business reviews and monitoring account health.
- •Drive customer adoption and engagement with AI scheduling and route optimization tools.
- •Build Account Management playbooks, processes, and customer communication frameworks.
- •Monitor customer health metrics and usage data to proactively address issues.
- •Communicate customer insights cross-functionally to Product, Sales, and Operations teams.
- •Requirements 5+ years of B2B SaaS account management or Customer Success experience.
- •Proven ability to operate independently in unstructured environments and build processes from scratch.
- •Strong analytical skills with experience using customer data to drive decisions.
